Embodiment Construction

[0015] Such as figure 1 As shown, the vascular tissue engineering bioreactor includes a pulsatile flow control device and a culture chamber. Among them, the pulsating flow control device is a simulated hemodynamic device, which simulates the dynamic effect of the heart and provides pulsating flow simulating the human body. It includes a pulsation controller 1, a linear motor 2, a silicone rubber capsule 5, a compliance chamber 7, Waveform monitor 21, flow meter 22, afterload control system, inner liquid storage tank 26, outer liquid storage tank 24. The culture chambers are connected in series in the connecting pipeline 23 of the pulsating flow circuit device. The pulsation controller 1 stores left ventricular volume curve direct current signals collected from adults, and the output left ventricular volume curve direct current signals drive the linear motor 2 with a frequency of 0.17-3.3 Hz. It is equivalent to a heart rate of 10 to 200 beats per minute. The piston 3 of the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bioreactor in vascular tissue engineering, which comprises a hemodynamics simulating device, a 3D bracket and culture chambers. The hemodynamics simulating device is a pulsating flow control device; the culture chambers are serially connected with each other in the pulsating flow control device and include hermetically matched rotary devices and a sealed cavity; the rotary device includes a rotary rod having the 3D bracket fixed thereon and a drive device for rotating the rotary rod; and the rotary rod is located in the sealed cavity. The bioreactor can provide a pulsating flow simulating environment of human body facilitating growth, proliferation and differentiation of cells by adopting the pulsating flow control device for providing the dynamic effect simulating human heart. In the culture chambers, cells are inoculated in the internally-rotating 3D bracket, and secondary cell inoculation can be further executed to achieve convenient taking and dropping ofcells, so that the cells can uniformly adhered on the 3D bracket, thus obviating the contamination of the reactor connected with the 3D bracket, on which the cells are inoculated through rotation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedical engineering, in particular to a vascular tissue engineering bioreactor that simulates the hemodynamic environment of small-diameter blood vessels in the field of vascular tissue to promote the growth, proliferation and differentiation of cells on three-dimensional scaffolds. Background technique [0002] Tissue engineering is an interdisciplinary discipline that began to emerge in the late 1980s. Its basic method is to plant human living cells on a biodegradable three-dimensional scaffold material, and cultivate corresponding tissues in vivo or in vitro to achieve repair. The purpose of tissue defect or functional reconstruction. Among them, the research and development of small-caliber tissue engineering blood vessels with efficacy has always been considered a difficult problem in the field of tissue engineering. The general method of vascular tissue engineering is to plant the vascular smooth muscle c...
