The extract is suspended by using the water which is one time the volume of the extract, and is extracted by using ethyl acetate which is twice the volume of the suspending liquid; the extraction is carried out for three to five times, extracting filter liquor is merged in the vacuum rotation concentration instrument to be concentrated into the extract. The extract is dissolved by using the ethyl acetate; the dissolved solution is led to a silica gel column with 200 to 300 screen meshes, and is eluted in a gradient way by using sherwood oil and the ethyl acetate; the proportion of the sherwood oil and the ethyl acetate is 5:1; the eluent, in which the proportion of the sherwood oil and the ethyl acetate is 2:1, is collected, concentrated in a vacuum rotation way, dissolved by hot absolute alcohol, crystallized by using cold acetone, and recrystallized by using methanol to obtain flavonoid matter crystal in the Sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall plant.
