The present invention relates to a method for detaching and conveying and wholly group-welding the 400m<3> high-strength spherical tank, and the method comprises the following procedures: separating the spherical tank body with the ladder platform; before cutting numbering according to the piece part of the spherical tank, and preheating in 500mm from the cutting starting point of the welding line; the preheating temperature is 100 DEG C; executing manual cutting for 200mm to the welding line starting point to be cut; adopting the semiautomatic welding cutter to the part to be cut on the spherical tank; manually tracking the cutting for examining; conveying to the destination with two conveying modes of vehicle conveying and water conveying; assembling and welding the detached spherical tank according to the number, firstly the preheating before the welding is executed, and then the whole heat treatment after welding is executed; lastly executing whole acoustic emission detection to the spherical tank which has been executed with conveying and group-welding. The invention successfully conveys 400m<3> high-strength spherical tank to the destination, settles the difficulty caused in the wholly conveying of the large-scale spherical tank and the technical problem in group-welding and installing after detaching, and the service lifetime of the spherical tank is prolonged.
