[0050] 14% by weight of polysulfone was stirred and dissolved in 84% by weight of dimethylformamide (organic solvent), and then 2% by weight of polyethylene glycol was added thereto to prepare a transparent spin coating. After that, the spin-coating paint was supplied to a double-pipe nozzle with a diameter of 2.38 mmΦ while passing a tubular braid with an outer diameter of 2 mm through the center portion of the nozzle, thereby coating the spin-coating paint on the surface of the pipe nozzle, The tubular braid is then set with water, washed and dried. The coated and dried tubular braid was dipped in a dipping bath with an aqueous solution containing 2 wt. (TMC) in a dipping bath of n-decane solution, and react to form an active layer. Abstract

Disclosed are a nanofiltration composite hollow fiber membrane and a method of manufacturing the same. The nanofiltration composite hollow fiber membrane includes a reinforcement (1) which is a tubular braid, a polymeric resin thin film (2) coated on the outer surface of the reinforcement (1), and a polyamide active layer (3) formed on the outer surface of the polymeric resin thin film. The present invention has an advantage of an excellent strength and an increase in membrane area relative to an installation area.
