The device includes: a choker body (32) of part of a connection channel (31) connecting with the fuel chamber (39) of the engine (20), a choker (33) for openning and closing the air inlet channel (31) of the choker body (32), a fuel injection valve (37) for injecting fuel into the air inlet channel (31), a fuel supply device for supplying fuel to the fuel injection valve (37), an ECU (control device) (62) for controlling fuel injection capacity to the fuel injection valve (37). Setting a by-pass channel (40) on the choker body (32), which bypasses the choker (33) and flows over intake air with prescribed capacity.
