The method of the invention comprises the steps that: when the digital circuit multiplication device is connected to the next generation network and communicates with the soft switch through the relay gateway, the relay gateway converts the H. 248 protocol over which the soft switch communicates with the relay gateway and the Q. 50 over which the digital circuit multiplication device communicates with the relay gateway according to the requirement for transmission.
