Abstract

The invention relates to a method for deeply removing aluminum impurity from arenaceous quartz. 15 to 20 percent of homogeneous chlorhydric acid is used for replacing mixed acid formed with chlorhydric acid and sulphuric acid, the weight ratio of the chlorhydric acid and the arenaceous quartz is 1: 1; when the temperature is 80 to 90 DEG C, mechanical agitation is used for leaching technically pure arenaceous quartz for at least 5 hours, or mixed acid formed with 0.4 to 0.6 percent of oxalic acid and 1.0 to 4.5 percent of chlorhydric acid is used for removing aluminum in the arenaceous quartz, the mixed weight ratio of the oxalic acid and the chlorhydric acid is 0.5: 99.5, the weight ratio of the mixed acid and the arenaceous quartz is 1: 1; and ultrasonic agitation is performed for at least one hour.
