Problems solved by technology

Its disadvantages are: due to the time-space effect of underground excavation construction, and the back of the steel arch frame is not closely attached to the surrounding rock, the surrounding rock around the steel arch frame has a large convergence deformation, and the surface is prone to uncontrollable settlement deformation. After the surrounding rock produces convergent deformation, the steel arch will be passively stressed, and the excessive deformation will have adverse effects on the surrounding environment such as buildings, roads, and mountains near the tunnel.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described in conjunction with the embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0026] A construction method and equipment for a shallow buried excavation project. The construction method and steps include auxiliary construction, excavation, primary support, secondary mold injection, and primary support, including the following steps:

[0027] (1) Pre-spraying concrete, that is, hanging nets on the excavated tunnel section, and pre-spraying 5-10 centimeters of concrete, the three embodiments of the present invention are respectively 5 centimeters, 8 centimeters, and 10 centimeters.

[0028] (2) Install adjustable prestressed steel arches, that is, install adjustable prestressed steel arches at intervals of 0.5-1 meters on the excavated tunnel section. The three embodiments of the present invention are respectively 0.5 meters and 0.8 meters ,1 meter.

[0029] (3) Rigid pads, that is, rigid pads between the adjustable prestressed steel ar...

Abstract

Superficial-embedding blind-digging engineering construction method and equipment thereof, particularly relates to construction method and equipment for subway and mountain ridge tunnel. Preliminary bracing, comprising steps of hanging mesh net on dug tunnel section and pre-spraying concrete, mounting prestress-adjustable steel arch on the tunnel section, plugging a rigid cushion block between the steel arc and the pre-spraying concrete and closely contacting them, applying pre-stress to the steel arc, and spraying concrete to fix the steel arc. The prestress-adjustable steel arc comprises a arc joint and a pre-adjusting joint provided within them, the pre-adjusting joint comprises upper-lower connection boards and an adjusting member provided between them. Advantage of the invention is that the prestress-adjustable steel arc is employed in the preliminary bracing, applying pre-stress to the steel arc , and the steel arc is forced to generate prestress to resist country rock convergent distortion, thereby reducing bad effects for tunnel surroundings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a construction method and equipment for a shallow buried underground excavation project, in particular to a construction method and equipment for subways and mountain tunnels. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of transportation and urban construction, there are more and more shallow buried excavation projects, such as urban subways, mountain tunnels, underground passages for large pipe networks, etc. The existing construction methods are: auxiliary construction method construction, excavation, primary support, and secondary mold injection. Steel arches are the main support equipment used for primary support. The construction steps of initial support include: hanging net, pre-spraying concrete, installing steel arch frame, spraying concrete and making it form a load-bearing whole with the steel arch frame. Its disadvantages are: due to the time-space effect of underground excavation construction, and the...
