It comprises following steps: (1) disintegrating platycodon glaucus plants to coarse powder, adding 50- 90% (volumetric concentration) water- containing ethanol with its weight being 4- 10 times of that of plants, refluxing and extracting, combining with extract liquor, recovering ethanol, getting wet concrete; (2) adding hot water with its weight being 2- 5 times of that of wet concrete for disslovation, filtering at 60- 80 Deg. C with membrane, collecting filter liquid, cooling, stewing for 24 hours, recrystallizing; (3) collecting said crystal, adding 60- 80% of water- containing ethanol for disslovation, adding active carbon for decoloring, filtering and recovering ethanol, cooling for crystallization and getting required 6- 0- coffee acyl arbutin. The invention is characterized by effective combination of steps of extraction, membrane filtering, active carbon decoloring and recrystallization with material, high extract rate, high content and stability and low production.
