Utilizing a concave-convex graphics which has a plurality of convex portions, a data track graphics and a servo graphics are formed on at least one side of a backing, and a non-magnetic material is embedded in every concave portion of the concave-convex graphics to comprise the concave-convex graphics of the data track graphics, and every convex portion forms concentric circle shape or twist to comprise the concave-convex graphics of the servo graphics, which is divided to form a plurality of annular sections (A1a- A4a) which have the same center of circle with the data track graphics, and aiming at the annular sections (A1a- A4a), an unit convex portion length is prescribed as that average length of the unit convex portion along direction of rotation which is R direction of arrow on every annular section (A1a- A4a) divides the distance from the center (O) of the data track graphics to the annular sections to obtain the value which is smaller from the annular section of the inner circumference side to the annular section of peripheral side.
