aqueous solution by using
alumina as a carrier through an unsaturated impregnation method; 2) impregnating the calcined carrier in the step (1) with an adsorbent-containing
wetting liquid through an unsaturated impregnation method, wherein the adsorbent is an organic amine having a
carbon number of 2-15, and the adding amount of the adsorbent accounts for 1-10% of the weight of the calcined carrier in the step (1); and (3)
drying the adsorbent-containing carrier in the step (2), impregnating with a solution containing an active
metal iron and an auxiliary agent
manganese,
drying, calcining, carrying out unsaturated spray impregnating with a
metal auxiliary agent
potassium,
drying, and calcining to produce the
syngas-to-low-carbon-olefin catalyst. According to the present invention, the catalyst has characteristics of
high activity and high stability after long-term running, and is beneficial to industrial application and popularization.
