Benefits of technology

The invention provides an aqueous urea tank structure for a construction machine that prevents the tank from overheating and ensures a steady concentration of the purifying solution. It also reduces the amount of ammonia produced and avoids corrosion and degradation of the tank. The structure includes a securely enclosed tank and heat insulating materials between the tank and the securement member to prevent heat transfer and maintain the purifying solution at a safe concentration. Additionally, the securement member prevents tank movement and stress during vibration. Overall, the invention improves the durability and performance of the aqueous urea tank in construction machines.

Problems solved by technology

Here, the exhaust gas emitted from the engine contains harmful nitrogen oxide.
It has been a fear that this work of defrosting the aqueous urea may be troublesome.
