Abstract

The invention discloses a document storage synchronization method, system and client end to resolve the problem in existing technology that after amending the local paper, users must manually upload the changed one, which can make the local file maintain synchronization with the corresponding backup one in the network server. In the invention, the client end uploads the local files that users need to backup to the server end that will preserve them and in the same time generate the corresponding document indexing information back to the client, the client end takes the users identification information as indexing to preserve the corresponding relationship between the local storage path of the upload files and the indexing information of the server end. When detecting the local uploaded files information corresponding to the users' identification information amending, the users end sends this amended files and its indexing information to the server and updates the corresponding backup ones.
