A mobile station (MS) 110 , mobile or stationary, may communicate with one or more base stations (BSs) 120 . Mobile stations 110 , referred to herein as “mobiles,” transmit and receive voice or data or both through one or more BSs 120 connected to a base station controller (BSC) 130 .
