Abstract

This inventino exposed a kind of molecular mark method to identify the character of three-line hybrid rice maintainer lines. The steps are: 1) collect 8-10 good maintainer lines with more than 99.9% keep rate in three-line hybrid rice, and collect another 8-10 breeding medium material with 60 - 80% maintain rate; 2) extract the gene group DNA of the above good maintainer lines and comparation; 3) se the normal AFLP molecular mark method to find the DNA amplification band that has close linkage with all good maintainer lines, which known as DNA specific bands; 4) cloning the above DNA specific band and sequencing it; 5) according to the result of sequencing, design the PCR primer which can amplificate this DNA specific band. The molecular mark obtained by this method can closely link with hign maintain character of Maintainer.
