Background technique: [0002] With the widespread use of β-lactam antibiotics, the resistance rate of various bacteria to antibiotics is increasing day by day. One of the reasons is that the bacteria produce a new β-lactamase, namely inducible β-lactamase (Induced enzyme) and extended-spectrum β-lactamase (extended-spectrum enzyme), and become the main mechanism of bacterial drug resistance in today's clinical anti-infection treatment, bringing new difficulties to the treatment of antibiotics. Extended-spectrum β-lactamases are mainly produced by Enterobacteriaceae, especially Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.
