Problems solved by technology

However, if the colored photosensitive resin composition is to be mass-produced, the inventory time until it is actually used for the manufacture of color filters is very long. Used in the manufacture of color filters, there is a problem of so-called yield reduction
Therefore, a method of improving the dispersibility of the pigment and improving the temporal stability (storage stability) of the color filter forming material by treating the pigment with aliphatic alcohol and aliphatic amine has been proposed (refer to Japanese Patent Document 1), but cannot It is said that it is stable over time

Abstract

Provided is a colored photosensitive resin composition having good stability over aging. The colored photosensitive resin composition contains: a coloring agent (A); a binder polymer (B); a photopolymerizable compound (C); a photopolymerization initiator (D); and a solvent (E). The solvent (E) contains propyleneglycolmonomethylether acetate and 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone. The colored photosensitive resin composition is preferably used for formation of a color filter.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a colored photosensitive resin composition. Background technique [0002] The colored photosensitive resin composition is a photosensitive resin composition containing a colorant, and is used as a material for forming a colored pattern constituting a color filter. Here, a color filter is an optical element that can be used for colorizing a display image of a liquid crystal display device or for colorizing an image captured by a solid-state imaging device. The so-called coloring patterns are, for example, red, green, blue and other color pixels, black matrices, etc., and may be linear or mosaic. [0003] In recent years, along with the increase in the production volume of color filters, the production of colored photosensitive resin compositions used in the production has also increased simultaneously. However, if the colored photosensitive resin composition is to be mass-produced, the inventory time until it is actual...
