The aqueous solution extracted with chloroform was then extracted 4-5 times with n-butanol (400-500ml of n-butanol each time), the n-butanol extract was combined, the n-butanol was recovered under reduced pressure to dryness, and the residue was dissolved in a small amount of methanol. Add acetone under stirring until the precipitate no longer occurs, filter the precipitate under reduced pressure, and vacuum dry the precipitate to obtain a total steroidal saponin extract with a yield of about 4%, of which the furostanol saponin content is about 75%.
