The production strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa KenLXP30 of the present invention has been preserved in the General Microorganism Center of China Microorganism Culture Collection Management Committee on July 28, 2003, with the preservation number CCTCC NO.0985. The invention screens out a bacterial strain KenLXP30 that can significantly reduce the content of tobacco-specific nitrosamines from a large number of tobacco endophytic bacteria, and prepares tobacco pest-reducing biological preparations through liquid fermentation.
