The invention provides a multi-dimensional charging method and device based on an embedded script and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: during the execution period of a charging program, obtaining a ticket to be processed, the ticket comprising a user identifier and a service type; a target charging script is obtained from a memory according to the service type, the target charging script is loaded, a plurality of candidate charging scripts are stored in the memory, and the candidate charging scripts are determined according to charging dimensions and charging modes corresponding to the service type; and obtaining a charging result according to the target charging script, and outputting the charging result corresponding to the user identifier. According to the method provided by the invention, the flexibility and the charging capability of the charging system are improved through the embedded script under a large framework of input-processing-output, and the service requirements are better met.
