The calibration circuit comprises a phase shifter circuit, a phase detection circuit and a control code generation circuit, wherein the phase detection circuit is used for carrying out signal sampling on an output port of the phase shifter circuit, carrying out detection and judgment on a phase and generating a feedback signal; and the control code generation circuit is used for receiving the feedback signal of the phase detection circuit and adjusting a control code to the phase shifter circuit. Compared with a digital pre-distortion scheme, a phase shifter circuit does not need to be tested, and complicated storage circuits such as a lookup table and the like are also not needed; compared with a phase compensation scheme, signal feedback and phase detection are realized on a chip, and an additional phase compensation circuit is not needed.
