Abstract

The invention discloses a material fatigue performance test system in a low-temperature liquid hydrogen environment, and relates to the technical field of mechanical performance test platforms, the system mainly comprises a jacket cover, and a hydrogen sensor is arranged at the top in the jacket cover; a rack, a liquid hydrogen tank and a liquid nitrogen tank are arranged in the jacket cover; a loading mechanism and a liquid hydrogen containing mechanism are arranged on the rack, the loading mechanism is connected with the rack, and the bottom of the loading mechanism extends into the liquid hydrogen containing mechanism; the liquid hydrogen tank and the liquid nitrogen tank are both communicated with the liquid hydrogen containing mechanism; and the loading mechanism is used for providing tension or pressure for the sample. A cooling groove is formed in the liquid hydrogen containing mechanism and located around the sealing gasket, the cooling groove is communicated with the thermostat, the temperature around the sealing gasket is kept through the thermostat, the sealing gasket is prevented from being in effect due to the too low temperature, and therefore hydrogen leakage is avoided. The jacket cover is used for guaranteeing test safety when hydrogen leaks, the hydrogen sensor is used for monitoring whether hydrogen leaks or not, and if leakage occurs in the test, gas in the jacket cover can be discharged to a specific environment.
