The inner diameter of the lifting pipe is larger than that of the central air pipe, a sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the lifting pipe and the central air pipe in the bubbling bed and is coaxial with the lifting pipe and the central air pipe, the bottom of the sleeve is connected with the air distribution plate, the top of the sleeve is in an open state, and a cavity is formed between the inner wall of the sleeve and the outer wall of the lifting pipe.
