[0028] (2) Preparation of PNIPAm-HPC temperature-sensitive smart window

[0029] This experiment used glass slides as substrates. First, a certain amount of PNIPAm-HPC hydrogel was added to the front of a glass slide, then covered with a layer of glass slides to form a sandwich structure, and finally the surrounding area was sealed with sealant ( figure 1 c). High transmittance glass slides use 7101 sailboards with dimensions of 47.0mm x 20.5mm. Samples with thicknesses of 0.5, 0.75, and 0.10 mm were successfully fabricated, and PNIPAm-HPC thermosensitive hydrogel smart windows were obtained. In addition, the tight seal prevents moisture from evaporating, ensuring safety and durability in actual use. The solar modulation mechanism of PNIPAm-HPC smart window is as follows figure 1 As shown in d, the PNIPAm-HPC hydrogel film can remain completely transparent at room temperature below the LCST, but b...

Abstract

The invention relates to a synthetic method and application of PNIPAm-HPC-based temperature-sensitive intelligent hydrogel, and the synthetic method comprises the following steps: 1, respectively adding N-isopropylacrylamide, hydroxy propyl cellulose (HPC) and N, N '-methylene bisacrylamide into deionized water, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution; 2, adding ammonium persulfate into the mixed solution in the step 1, and stirring; 3, adding N, N, N ', N'-tetramethylethylenediamine into the mixed solution in the step 2, and stirring to obtain a gel solution; and 4, placing at the temperature of between 20 and 30 DEG C for 2 to 3 hours to obtain the PNIPAm-HPC temperature-sensitive hydrogel. The invention provides a simple preparation process of the PNIPAm-HPC dual-network temperature-sensitive hydrogel and a method for easily manufacturing the PNIPAm-HPC intelligent window, and opens up a new way for building energy conservation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of hydrogel synthesis methods, in particular to a synthesis method and application of a PNIPAm-HPC temperature-sensitive intelligent hydrogel. Background technique [0002] PNIPAm thermosensitive hydrogels were synthesized by in situ polymerization in deionized water. Since PNIPAm is a single-network thermosensitive hydrogel, its mechanical strength is poor, and its durability and reusability are low; in addition, the thermal response rate of PNIPAm thermosensitive hydrogel is also slow, ΔT sol and ΔT lum It is not ideal and is not conducive to practical applications. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] A synthesis method based on PNIPAm-HPC temperature-sensitive smart hydrogel, comprising the following steps: [0004] Step 1, respectively add N-isopropylacrylamide, hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide into deionized water and mix well to obtain a mixed solution; the deionized water, The m...
