Abstract

Aiming at the problem that no medicine for effectively treating hepatic fibrosis exists at present, the invention provides application of fructus ulmi in preparation of the medicine for treating hepatic fibrosis. The preparation method of the ulmus macrocarpa hance extract comprises the following steps: extracting ulmus macrocarpa hance powder with an ethanol aqueous solution, and carrying out reduced pressure rotary evaporation until no liquid exists, so as to obtain the ulmus macrocarpa hance hance ethanol aqueous solution extract. Animal experiments show that the ulmus macrocarpa hance extract can significantly reduce the hepatic fibrosis score (plt; 0.05), and a new choice is provided for preparing the medicine for treating the hepatic fibrosis.
