Abstract

The invention relates to an echelon utilization energy storage system capacity configuration method for reducing wind curtailment, and the method comprises the steps: building an echelon utilization energy storage system full-life cycle cost estimation method through combining a secondary utilization process of a decommissioned power battery; under the condition that a power battery is used as an energy storage element in an echelon mode, wind power consumption income, operation benefits and environmental benefits are comprehensively considered, energy storage power constraint, energy storage capacity constraint, power balance constraint, wind curtailment power constraint and generator set output constraint are used as constraint conditions, and a capacity configuration model of the echelon utilization battery energy storage system is constructed; and according to the actual wind power data, analyzing and configuring the wind power acceptance capability of the echelon utilization energy storage system, obtaining an optimal configuration scheme of the echelon utilization energy storage system, and performing economic evaluation on the optimal configuration scheme. According to the method, the wind curtailment rate can be reduced, and operation benefits are increased. And when the initial SOC of the energy storage system is relatively low, the wind curtailment rate can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wind power generation and the field of cascade utilization energy storage system capacity allocation. Background technique [0002] With the intensification of energy crisis and environmental pollution, the use of low-carbon and green energy is the direction of future development. Wind power technology has been widely used because of its outstanding environmental benefits. Wind power is random and fluctuating. If it is directly generated into the grid, it may affect the stability of the grid operation and affect the normal electricity consumption of users. In addition, wind power output often exhibits anti-peaking characteristics, which inevitably leads to large-scale wind curtailment. [0003] In view of the widespread problem of curtailment of wind power in wind farms, it is necessary to study the use of energy storage systems to improve the capacity of wind power acceptance. The application of the e...
