According to the invention, the laser particle size analysis tester, the electronic balance and the laser measuring instrument are used for testing and analyzing the minimum particle size of the light material and the mass and volume of the mixed liquid respectively, and the pushing structure is used for slowly compressing and pressurizing the mixed liquid in the semi-sealed space, so that uniform mixing of the light material and water in the semi-sealed space is realized; and the apparent density of the light material is obtained based on a drainage volume method principle.
