Abstract

The invention discloses a packaging method for production and processing of a high polymer material. The packaging method comprises the following steps: putting a woven bag into a bag opening machine; the bag opening machine sequentially picks up the woven bags and opens the woven bags; an opening expanding unit of the filling machine extends into the opening of the woven bag to expand the woven bag and fix the woven bag through a bag clamping unit; the woven bag is moved to the position under a discharging pipe, the woven bag is lifted, the discharging pipe extends into an opening of the woven bag, and charging is conducted; and after loading is completed, the woven bag is put down and conveyed to an edge clamping machine through a conveying belt for edge clamping. According to the method, high polymer materials can be automatically bagged and sealed, the efficiency is high, the clamping degree of woven bags can be guaranteed during loading, the woven bags cannot fall off, and the method is safer and more reliable.
