Mixed gas in a coal mine is pumped into a discharge pipeline through an air pump; the gas content of the mixed gas in the discharge pipeline is detected through a gas detector; when it is detected that the gas in the mixed gas is larger than a preset threshold value, the gas extraction direction is closed through a flow dividing valve on the gas extraction pump, and therefore the mixed gas in the coal mine is pumped into the ignition pipeline; mixed gas is ignited through a plurality of ignition structures on an ignition pipeline, and burnt liquid is drained into a spraying structure through a siphon drainage structure; atomization spraying is conducted in the coal mine through the spraying structure. The mixed gas is subjected to sealed electric combustion through the ignition structure, combustible gas is converted into carbon dioxide non-combustible gas through the characteristic that CH4 + 2O2 = ignition = CO2 + 2H2O, and the non-combustible gas and the mixed gas are mixed together, so that the phenomenon of combustion explosion of the mixed gas is avoided.
