The regularization parameter of the precoder is analyzed, numerical search is not needed, and the problem of RCI precoding under the condition of unequal path loss is solved. According to the precoder, the sum rate of the users is improved, the RCI precoder is expanded, and the sum rate of the users is improved under the condition that the path loss of each user is inconsistent. The encoder can also be used for secret communication. The precoder has an analytical solution, so that the complexity of solving the regularization parameter is low.
