Abstract

The invention relates to use of 78c or a pharmaceutical composition thereof in preparaing an anti-rheumatoid arthritis product. The technical purpose of the invention is to provide a novel rheumatoid arthritis treatment medicine which can simultaneously regulate immune function and relieve inflammatory symptom. A research proves that the compound 78c can effectively relieve a toe swelling degree of a CIA mouse, recover immune balance, reduce concentration of leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, hemoglobin, platelets, IFN-gamma, IL-6, IL-12p70, IL-17A, IL-27 and TNF-alpha in peripheral blood of the mouse, relieve the inflammatory symptom of a disease model, and can be used as a potential therapeutic drug for rheumatoid arthritis.
