Abstract

These forceps (1) for an endoscope comprise: a flexible metal coil member (2) provided with a lumen and having a distal end and a proximal end and; a cylindrical member (5) provided with a lumen and disposed within the lumen of the coil member (2); a pair of forceps members (10) disposed on the distal side of the coil member (2) and capable of freely opening and closing; a plurality of connection members (20) respectively connected to the proximal side of the pair of forceps members (10); and a twisted wire (30) which is provided with a connection part (31) connected to proximal end portions of the connection members (20) and which is inserted through the lumen of the cylindrical member (5). The distal end (5A) of the cylindrical member (5) is located on the distal side of the connection part (31) at which the connection members (20) and the twisted wire (30) are connected and on the proximal side of the distal end (2A) of the coil member (2).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to forceps for an endoscope used mainly for the purpose of hemostasis in surgery and treatment using an endoscope. Background technique [0002] In treatment using an endoscope, forceps are used as a disposer for grasping tissue for the purpose of extracting tissue in the body and for hemostasis. The forceps can be used as a high-frequency treater by connecting a high-frequency power source to a grasping member provided at a distal end of the treater, in addition to the function of grasping internal body tissue to be grasped. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses that an endoscopic biopsy forceps is composed of an insertion part and an operation part. The inner tube provided and the inner cavity of the inner tube can be freely advanced and retreated to form two operating wires. [0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-175928 [0004] When using forceps for an endoscope, in order to facilitate ob...
