A fine-cutting apparatus for hydrogels is disclosed. The fine-cutting apparatus for hydrogels according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first barrel body extending in a first direction and having a first transfer space in which a hydrogel is transferred; a first transfer unit installed in the first barrel body to transfer the hydrogel in the first transfer space; a second barrel body installed on a side of the first barrel body and having a second transfer space which is connected to the first transfer space and extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a second transfer unit installed in the second barrel body to transfer the hydrogel in the second transfer space; a cutter member installed on the second barrel body to crush the hydrogel transferred by the second transfer unit; and a perforated plate for discharging hydrogel particles crushed by the cutter member to the outside of the second barrel body.
