Abstract

The invention discloses a high-precision adjustable multi-channel filling system and a filling method. The filling system comprises an injection module, a filling module and a control module. The injection module comprises a single-hole transmission controller, a moving seat, a first power device and a plurality of injection pumps. Inlets and outlets of the injection pumps are communicated with the single-hole transmission controller, and the input end of the single-hole transmission controller is communicated with a liquid storage tank through a liquid inlet pipe. The output end of the single-hole transmission controller is communicated with the filling module through a liquid outlet pipe, the moving seat is connected with drawing ends of the injection pumps, and the first power device is connected with the moving seat. The filling module comprises a filling bracket with a plurality of containers, and the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the containers. The control module comprises a speed control unit and a distance control unit which are electrically connected with the first power device. The system has the advantages of being low in cost, high in precision and capable of achieving large-scale filling.
