The automatic measurement system comprises a flow measurement trolley, a measurement bridge, a flow measurement station building and a data center, the measurement bridge is installed on a river channel in a crossing mode, the flow measurement trolley runs along the measurement bridge, and the flow measurement station building is built on one side of the measurement bridge; the flow measurement trolley comprises a remote measurement and control terminal and a data acquisition device; an on-off control device and a PC terminal are arranged in the flow measurement station building, and the data center is in communication connection with the flow measurement trolley, the on-off control device and the PC terminal.
