Abstract

The invention discloses a method for establishing a drug synergistic effect prediction model, a prediction method and a corresponding device, and relates to technologies such as deep learning and AI medical treatment in the technical field of artificial intelligence. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a relation graph, wherein nodes in the relation graph comprise drug nodes and protein nodes, and indicating the interaction exists between the nodes; collecting medicine node pairs with definite synergistic effects from the relation graph, and taking the annotation indicating whether cooperative effect exist as the training samples; and taking the drug node pairs in the training samples as the input of a drug synergistic effect prediction model, taking the annotation indicating whether the drug node pairs have the synergistic effect as the target output, and training a drug synergistic effect prediction model, wherein the drug synergistic effect prediction model is obtained by learning the relation graph based on a graph convolutional network. On the basis, automatic prediction of the drug synergistic effect can be achieved, and more manpower and material resource cost is saved compared with a whole test mode.
