Abstract

The invention discloses an imidacloprid-containing compound preparation with good low-temperature stability. Every 100 mL of the preparation contains 3 to 7 g of imidacloprid, 2 to 5 g of moxidectin, 10 to 15 g of epsiprantel, 0.05 to 0.1 g of amitraz, 0.05 to 0.25 g of antioxidant, 10 to 20 g of stabilizer and 5 to 10 g of transdermal agent. The invention discloses a preparation method of the imidacloprid-containing compound preparation with good low-temperature stability. The imidacloprid-containing compound preparation is suitable for in-vivo and in-vitro parasite expelling of pets and is applied to in-vitro local skin of the pets. According to the invention, the parasite and worm egg killing effect of the compound preparation is better than that of any single component in the compound preparation, and the compound preparation is free of pungent smell of medicines, can cool and relieve itching and has a good transdermal effect. Meanwhile, the stabilizer contained in the preparation can ensure that the imidacloprid in the preparation cannot be separated out under a low-temperature condition, so that the treatment effect of the product is ensured when the product is used in a severe cold region.
