Problems solved by technology

The results of this method are more objective and accurate, but the disadvantage is that the process is cumbersome and the detection time is long, so it is difficult to be used for high-throughput rapid evaluation
In addition, the new methods of oil content analysis include tensile test method, visual image analysis method, etc. These methods are relatively new and can be initially used for the analysis of tobacco leaf oil content, but they are still immature and rarely used

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly predicting oil content in fresh tobacco leaves by adopting a similarity analysis technology based on near infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: step (1), collecting and pre-treating a sample; step (2), performing near-infrared scanning; step (3), selecting a characteristic wave band; step (4), pre-processing infrared data; step (5), performing oil content scoring treatment; step (6), performing similarity analysis; step (7), establishing a near infrared-similarity prediction model; and (8), performing infrared prediction of the oil content of the fresh tobacco leaf sample. An infrared spectrum technology is utilized, a spectrum similarity analysis method is combined, and the tobacco oil content rapid analysis model and analysis method are constructed and used for rapid detection and evaluation of the tobacco oil content. In the prediction model establishment process, the pretreatment process is investigated, meanwhile, the characteristic wave bands related to the oil content are determined, it is guaranteed that the model established according to the data is more accurate, and the prediction accuracy is further guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for rapidly predicting chemical components of tobacco leaves, in particular to a method for rapidly predicting oil content in fresh tobacco leaves based on near-infrared spectrum-similarity analysis technology. Background technique [0002] Tobacco leaves are the foundation of the cigarette industry, and the quality of tobacco leaves directly affects the quality of cigarette products. The chemical composition of tobacco leaves is an internal factor that determines the smoking quality, and there is a close relationship between the two. Flue-cured tobacco oil is closely related to the toughness, elasticity, hygroscopicity, maturity, physical and chemical properties of tobacco leaves, and smoke quality. It is a comprehensive quality factor and an important indicator in tobacco leaf classification. The oil content has a profound impact on the sensory evaluation and smoking quality of tobacco leaves. The more oil content i...
