Abstract

The invention discloses a data classification method. The method is applied to a system comprising a source domain and a target domain, and comprises the following steps: firstly, determining a source domain data mapping type prototype matrix corresponding to source domain data in the source domain in a common subspace; determining a target domain known mapping type prototype matrix corresponding to target domain data in the target domain in the common subspace, wherein the source domain data mapping type prototype matrix comprises a source domain known mapping type prototype matrix and a source domain unknown mapping type prototype matrix; and then determining a target domain unknown mapping type prototype matrix based on the source domain data mapping type prototype matrix and the target domain known mapping type prototype matrix, and finally determining a class label of each sample in target domain unknown type data according to the target domain unknown mapping type prototype matrix. The target domain unknown type data can be accurately classified under the condition that a large amount of source domain known type data and source domain unknown type data exist, and the problem of domain offset is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of information classification, and in particular relates to a data classification method. Background technique [0002] With the development of computer technology and information technology, in the field of classification, the number and types of target data are increasing. Usually, the field to be classified is called the target domain, and the auxiliary field with a large number of labeled samples is called the source domain. Generally, there are differences between the source domain and the target domain. This difference is called domain difference. Currently, for classification tasks or other tasks in the target domain, the knowledge learned in the source domain is applied to the target domain to complete Classification tasks or other tasks in the target domain, in the process, due to the existence of domain differences, usually encounter a series of problems, that is, the domain shift problem.
