Abstract

The invention discloses a configuration consistency check processing method for a DCS (Distributed Control System), which comprises the following steps: a configuration tool of the DCS is successively connected with a controller of the DCS, a configuration file in the controller is uploaded to the configuration tool, and the configuration tool analyzes a function block parameter in the configuration file; the configuration tool obtains debugging data uploaded by the controller; a local function block parameter in the configuration tool is compared with a function block parameter in the configuration file obtained by analysis, and information that the function block parameter is inconsistent is obtained; and the local debugging data in the configuration tool is compared with the debugging data uploaded by the controller to obtain the information of the inconsistent debugging data. The problem of inconsistent configuration parameters can be eliminated, the engineering debugging efficiency is improved, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
