The device comprises a dynamic stress loading assembly, a synchronous strain measurement assembly and a guide rod assembly, the dynamic stress loading assembly comprises a first dynamic stress loading motor and a second dynamic stress loading motor; the guide rod assembly comprises a plurality of parallel guide rods, the rear ends of the two motors are fixedly mounted on the two spring plates respectively, and the movable ends of the two motors are oppositely arranged and slidably mounted on the guide rods; the movable ends of the two motors are respectively provided with a clamp; the synchronous strain measurement assembly comprises a stress sensor and a strain gauge which are respectively installed on the two clamps.
