[0055] Fresh primary liver cancer tissues and paired paracancerous tissues were obtained from patients undergoing surgical resection at Shanghai Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital (EHBH). Each tissue specimen was embedded in OCT, then immediately frozen in isopentane precooled with liquid nitrogen, and finally stored in a -80°C freezer until further processing.
