Problems solved by technology

[0006] In the prior art, although the cooling effect of the radiation cooling design of the multi-layer structure is obvious, this multi-layer design undoubtedly increases the difficulty of preparation, and some coating structures need to rely on noble metal substrates to achieve high reflection, which greatly increases the practical application. costs and cycles

Abstract

The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic daytime passive radiation refrigeration porous membrane and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing inorganic nanoparticles in water to prepare an inorganic nanoparticle dispersion liquid; (2) adding a fluorine-containing group modifier into the inorganic nanoparticle dispersion liquid, magnetically conducting stirring at 20-40 DEG C for 15-24 hours, and modifying the inorganic nanoparticles to obtain a modified inorganic nanoparticle dispersion liquid, wherein the particle size distribution of the modified inorganic nanoparticles is 50-1000 nm; (3) dissolving an organic polymer in an organic solvent to form an organic polymer solution; (4) adding the modified inorganic nanoparticle dispersion liquid into the organic polymer solution, and uniformly conducting dispersing to form a precursor solution; and (5) coating a base material with the precursor solution, and conducting drying to obtain the super-hydrophobic daytime passive radiation refrigeration porous membrane. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and low in cost, and the prepared daytime passive radiation refrigeration porous membrane has super-hydrophobic self-cleaning capability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of coating structures, in particular to a superhydrophobic daytime passive radiation cooling porous film and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the case of global warming, the demand for cooling technology is becoming more and more acute, especially in the hot summer. Urban infrastructure that has been developed to accommodate larger populations has exacerbated energy consumption. With the increase of refrigeration equipment such as air conditioners, the emission of harmful gases and air pollution have had a major impact on human health and the environmental heat island effect. Therefore, radiation cooling, a cooling technology that can achieve a cooling effect without consuming any energy, is in urgent need. [0003] Objects on the earth can dissipate heat in the form of electromagnetic waves to the cold outer space through radiative cooling. Passive radiation cooling technolog...
