Each eye health record of the children and teenagers comprises a glasses wearing history, a past history, a family history and other health related conditions, a visual quality questionnaire, vision, computer optometry, corneal curvature, comprehensive optometry, dominant eye, interpupillary distance, intraocular pressure, visual function examination and a safe medication scheme. The dynamic prevention and control system for myopia of the children and teenagers comprises myopia prevention and control measures covering six aspects.
