The invention discloses a liquid food sterilization device which comprises a primary filtering system, the primary filtering system comprises a separation tank, the top of the separation tank is connected with a feeding pipe, the feeding pipe is fixedly connected with an impurity removal pipeline arranged in the separation tank; the feeding pipe is connected with a first motor; the impurity removal pipeline is provided with a plurality of through holes; and filter screens are arranged at the through holes; a sundry box is connected below the impurity removal pipeline; a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the separation tank and connected with a conveying pump; an outlet of the conveying pump is connected with a first coil pipe; the first coil pipe and a second coil pipe are wound together; and the other end of the first coil pipe is connected with a liquid inlet of the preheating device; a liquid outlet of the preheating device is connected with an inlet pipe at the bottom of the sterilization system; one end of the second coil is connected with a discharge pipe at the upper part of the sterilization system, the other end of the second coil is connected with a filtering and cooling device; and the lower part of the filtering and cooling device is communicated with a liquid storage tank through a pipeline.
