Abstract

The invention discloses a solid-phase microextraction optimization method of fruit volatile components, which comprises the following steps: taking a mature fruit of a sample to be detected, juicing the pulp of the fruit to obtain fruit juice, filtering, taking the filtered juice by using a transfer pipette, putting the filtered juice into a sample bottle, adding sodium chloride and n-hexane as internal standards, and carrying out cryopreservation; magnetically heating, inserting the extraction needle into the sample bottle for adsorption, and taking out the extraction needle for later use; after the extraction needle after adsorption is completed is inserted into a sample inlet of a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analyzer for desorption, starting the analyzer to collect volatile substance data; selecting a plurality of factors influencing extraction, performing multiple regression fitting analysis on the total peak area result of the volatile substances, and establishing a regression model; and taking the total peak area of the volatile substance as a target variable, and taking a dependent variable corresponding to the maximum response value as an optimal process value. The invention provides a method capable of effectively searching a fruit solid-phase micro-extraction process, so that extracted components are accurate and high in content.
