Abstract

The device comprises a gas inlet pipe, a gas flowmeter, a molecular pump and a diaphragm pump which are communicated in sequence. A gas inlet is formed in one end, far away from the gas flow meter, of the gas inlet pipe; a gas outlet is formed in one end, far away from the molecular pump, of the diaphragm pump; the flow meter, the molecular pump, the diaphragm pump and the battery are electrically connected with an electric control system respectively; a filter membrane and a supporting net are sequentially arranged in the gas inlet pipe in the axial direction, and the supporting net is closer to the gas flow meter than the filter membrane.
