The invention discloses an automobile cockpit oxygen adjusting system which comprises an in-automobile oxygen concentration sensor, an electronic air pressure gauge, a blood oxygen detector, a vehicle-mounted computer, a CAN line controller, an electronic display module, a man-machine interaction module and an oxygen generation execution module. The oxygen concentration in the cockpit is detected in real time through the oxygen concentration sensor and the electronic air pressure gauge, the oxygen partial pressure value of the cockpit is calculated, and the oxygen partial pressure value directly influences the oxyhemoglobin saturation in a driver and passengers in the automobile. In-vehicle oxygen partial pressure value detection data are compared through the CAN line controller and the vehicle-mounted computer, and a comparison result is output to the in-vehicle electronic display module, so that the driver in the automobile is helped to judge whether the driver is in an oxygen deficit or fatigue driving state at present. And meanwhile, the system sends out a warning signal and reminds the driver to carry out oxygen supplementation operation.
