The invention discloses a monitoring and early warning system for a steel product data channel, and the system comprises a data processing module which is used for obtaining the production detail data of a steel product at a preset process segment from a manufacturing execution system, obtaining the information affecting the judgment and the data quality problem information from the message information, and preprocessing the information influencing the judgment according to a preset judgment rule to obtain judgment information of the steel product in a preset process, wherein the judgment information comprises judgment exception information; a data monitoring and early warning module which is used for associating and displaying the production detail data, the information influencing judgment and the judgment information, wherein based on the judgment abnormal information and the data quality problem information, a corresponding steel product is alarmed; and a data monitoring, early warning and statistics module which is used for performing statistical analysis and visual display on the judgment information of the steel product in the second preset time period. The monitoring and early warning system realizes early warning and analysis of abnormal information of steel products.
