Problems solved by technology

At present, there are already many companies developing immunofluorescence analyzers in China, but there is a lack of standardization in related fields in China
Another status quo is that there are many large-scale time-resolved fluorescent immunoassay detection instruments for clinical testing, but less research and development of portable instruments for POCT applications

Embodiment Construction

[0026] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0027] see figure 1 , the present invention proposes a hand-held fluorescence detector, which includes a card slot, a first photoelectric switch, a second photoelectric switch, a light source 1, an optical path system, and a photoelectric sensor 2 connected in sequence, a signal amplification circuit, a peak hold circuit, a micro processor and analog-to-digital converter. The first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch are installed on the card slot, and sequentially sense the reagent card 8 inserted into the card slot. The first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch are connected to the microprocessor.

[0028] The optical path system includes a first convex lens 3 , a dichroic mirror 4 , a second convex lens 5 , a filter 6 and a third convex lens 7 . Such as figure 1 As shown, the left side of the dichromatic...

Abstract

The invention relates to a handheld fluorescence detector which comprises a clamping groove, a first photoelectric switch, a second photoelectric switch, a light source, a light path system, and a photoelectric sensor, a signal amplification circuit, a peak holding circuit, a microprocessor and an analog-to-digital converter which are connected in order. The first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch are mounted on the clamping groove and sequentially sense the reagent cards inserted into the clamping groove. The light path system comprises a first convex lens, a dichroic mirror, a second convex lens, an optical filter and a third convex lens; and light emitted by the light source sequentially penetrates through the first convex lens, is reflected to the second convex lens through the dichroic mirror, penetrates through the second convex lens and forms a light spot on a tested reagent card, and exciting light sequentially penetrates through the second convex lens, the dichroic mirror, the optical filter and the third convex lens to reach the photoelectric sensor. The detector is provided with a precise optical excitation and collection detection system, signals of the positions of the quality control line and the test line of the reagent card can be independently collected, the calculated amount is small, the speed is high, and the size of the detector can be smaller.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of fluorescence analyzers, in particular to a hand-held fluorescence detector. Background technique [0002] Immunoassay technology is an important medical detection method and an important part of the modern medical detection field. Immunoassay technology is based on the specific binding phenomenon of antigen and antibody, and the content of the other substance is determined by labeling one substance in the antigen or antibody. Among various immunoassay techniques, immunofluorescence analysis technique has achieved rapid development in recent years due to the characteristics of simple preparation of markers, multiple labels, and repeatable testing. Immunofluorescence analysis technology is divided into time resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA), fluorescence polarization immunoassay (Fluorescence polarization immunoassay, FPIA), fluorescein enzyme immunoassay (Fluorometric enzyme immunoassay analysis, FEIA) and so on, ...
